Dr. Helene B. Jones
Dr. Jones brings to Oak Meadow School 35 years of educational experience including teaching and administration in public schools, the supervising of student teachers, and as a university professor teaching Educational Law and Finance. She holds a Doctor of Education Degree in Educational Administration and Supervision from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. Dr. Jones has served in various state education committees, on state Standards of Learning Committees, written curricula and participated in state curriculum adoption committees, and educational leadership appointments at both the state and Federal level. She has been with Oak Meadow for 23 years as a teacher, curricula writer, Assistant Director and is currently the Director.

I am excited that Oak Meadow students now have the opportunity to use a 'state of the art' platform to gain a new level of Literacy Skills…technological literacy and occupational literacy! As the adults of our future, you, the student of today, need to be prepared for the challenges of an increasingly global citizenry and workforce, to be the CREATORS, PRODUCERS and ENTREPRENUERS.
Oak Meadow Computer High School will give you the opportunity to receive a high quality academic education that includes information and computer technology. Our Independent Learning structure in collaboration with Career Academy's IT Video Streaming 24/7 Mentoring courses enables you to have anytime, anywhere access to educational content that can be customized to your level of computer competency, interests, goals, and schedule. You can select courses to gain occupational skills for career preparation or gain a head start on a computer related degree.
